Lithium se stalo jedním z nejvíce problematických prvků dnešní doby. Poptávka stoupá, vývoj alternativních řešení zabere nějaký čas. Nouzovým řešením se mohou stát nové zdroje tohoto alkalického kovu, s nimiž jsme původně nepočítali. Nedávno se překvapivě ukázalo, že masivním zdrojem lithia může být odpadní voda z frakování zemního plynu v oblasti Pittsburghu.

Warpový pohon je sice možné spočítat z Einsteinových rovnic gravitačního pole, ale jeho realizaci nejspíš věřil jen málokdo. Až doposud to vypadalo, že bychom potřebovali exotické částice či mechanismy, které nejspíš ani neexistují. Časy se ale mění. Objevil se návrh warpového pohonu, který nevybočuje z mainstreamové fyziky.
